More About Pamela

Pamela Grundy has spent decades working in the arts and culture sector as a dancer, director, curator, fundraiser and arts administrator.

Her long association with the Toronto-based Danny Grossman Dance Company included many years as performer, Co-Artistic Director, Director of Education and Outreach and Director of Preservation. Most recently as Development Co-ordinator, she established the fundraising program at Dance Collection Danse, Canada’s national museum, archives and research centre devoted to dance. She has had the pleasure of sitting on the boards of the Dance In Canada Association, Randy Glynn Dance Project and Judy Jarvis Dance Foundation and has served on the dance committee of the Toronto Arts Council.


Currently residing in Halifax, Pamela has been a summer resident of the Annapolis Royal area for the past 27 years. She was Co-founder and for 8 years Co-Director of the Granville Ferry Summer Dance Program and has provided services for the Nova Scotia Museum, Halifax Dance and Dance Nova Scotia. She is presently on the board of the Society of the Company of Angels and volunteers for Festival of Dance Annapolis Royal.

Believing in a holistic approach to supporting arts organizations, Pamela’s interests and strengths include: fundraising strategy, annual fund development, multi-year planning, education/outreach, audience development and preserving arts legacies.
